When you purchase online, you will receive a PayPal receipt. Please bring this receipt, along with a photo ID to pickup your ticket(s) at the will-call booth on the night of the gala.
All online orders must be received by noon of the day of the gala.
If you would like to allow someone else other than the credit card holder to pickup your tickets, please email info@lovelandorchestra.org with the information.

Auction Items
A silent auction will be held the night of the Gala. Description sheets, along with bid sheets will be located throughout the main room. Simply give your name and contact information, along with your bid, and the highest bidder will be awarded the prize. The winner will be notified within 2 weeks of the Gala, and payment is required within 21 days of the award. If the winner fails to pay in the required timetable, the next highest bidder will be contacted, and given the opportunity to pay for the item.
